ICBC Bank Opening

To open their first branch in Houston, ICBC bank threw a corporate launch that was out of this world. With a NASA centered theme, our team designed an event that was state-of-the-art and showcased the site of their new offices. The use of LED screens, designed to look like the building and also served as the” rocket launch”, the indoor fireworks and other pyrotechnic elements wowed the guests.

Coordination Effort Included:

• concept development and creative design
• site and vendor coordination including registration, decor, food and beverage,
• transportation, signage
• registration management and hotel room management
• logistical management and on-site logistics and operations
