NCAA Final Four Houston

With a theme of The Sun, The Moon and The Stars, the Tailgate Experience for the Final Four was truly be out of this world. The massive structure was divided into three sections: The Sun, The Moon and Stars. Each section had varying options of games, photo stations, food and beverage stations and entertainment/activations to fit the theme.

Coordination Effort Included:

• concept development and creative design
• site and vendor coordination including registration, decor, food and beverage,
• transportation, signage
• registration management and hotel room management
• logistical management and on-site logistics and operations
