2021 Helping a Hero Events
Over the Course of 2021, we produced 4 events for Helping a Hero and the Lee Greenwood Patriot Awards
May 7 – West Palm Beach, Florida at Mara Largo with special guests Donald Trump and Kevin Sorbo
May 12 – Houston, Texas at the River Oaks Country Club with special guests Joanne King Herring, James Baker, and Dr. Ben Carson
May 19 – Lexington, North Carolina at the Richard Childress Winery with special guest Paula Deen, Micahel W. Smith, Richard Childress
Sept 13 – Dallas, Texas at the Thompson Hotel with special guests Mel Gibson, James Caviezel.
Coordination Efforts included:
coordinated all collateral material, including signage and event program
design of event space and production
overall event management of the event
handled all logistical aspects of event
vendor selection and contract negotiations
coordination of speakers and VIP
on-site logistics and operations
