Visible Changes Awards Show

The 41st Visible Changes Award Show and Annual Conference was held at the Hilton Americas and featured an extensive LED wall production, a fashion show and over 200 awards.

Coordination Effort Included:

• concept development and creative design
• site and vendor coordination including registration, decor, food and beverage,
• transportation, signage
• registration management and hotel room management
• logistical management and on-site logistics and operations
