Rotary Fire Fighters Home

The Rotary Fire Fighter Home  gala was held at the JW Marriott and attended by 350 prominent business leaders, fire fighters and first responders.  The event raised money through tables sales, silent auction and a live auction with main item a live painted piece by Houston artist Taft McWhorter.

 design of event space and production

 overall event management of the event

 handled all logistical aspects of event

 vendor selection and contract negotiations

 coordination of speakers and VIP

 on-site logistics and operations
