The Helping a Hero Concert was held at Houston Baptist University and featured Lee Greenwood, The Scooter Brown Band, and Gavin Degraw. With a special award given to Randy Travis presented by Mayor Sylvester Turner.
Coordination Efforts included:
coordinated all collateral material, including signage and event program
design of event space and production
overall event management of the event
handled all logistical aspects of event
vendor selection and contract negotiations
coordination of singers and VIP
on-site logistics and operations
