   The ACES meeting for the Wilmington District Army Corp of Engineers was a series of four meetings held in Raleigh, Wilmington, Charlotte and Ashville.

Coordination, Negotiation and Management efforts included:

 overall turn-key event management including all logistical aspects of event
 site selection
 collateral material, including signage and event program
 event registration
 vendor selection and coordination including audiovisual components and videography
 on-site logistics and operations
