Chevron Hollywood Theme Party

The Vintage Hollywood Holiday was held at the Omni Houston in December 2012. This event featured amazing dècor including paparazzi, walk of fame, life sized oscars and old hollywood portraits hung on the walls. Cigar girls dished out bonbons and champagne drinks and the Tiffany gifts arranged as a Christmas tree were a huge hit.

Ampegy Company Launch

Ampegy Company Conference and Launch

The company launch for AMPEGY, LLC was held at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott. The theme for the two day conference for 400 attendees was “LIFT OFF”. Attendees attended several meetings, had the opportunity to browse the company store and tradeshow area and were dazzled by the kick off rally, which included an inspirational speech from a former astronaut. IPADs were used at registration to help streamline the process as well as add an interesting technological component.

Walk On the Wild Side

 

One hundred and twenty-five executives gathered for a raucous “Walk on the Wild Side”. Neon colors and glow-in-the-dark paint highlighted the event filled with racy models on a white hot runway, 3-D mapping off the home’s exterior provided by Giant Video Productions, an abundance of Patron Tequila (of course) and a carefully crafted menu. John Paul DeJoria delighted the crowd with his unexpected entrance on a Harley motorcycle and then enlightened the guests on how to partake in a proper shot of Tequila. DJ Lucy had the covered pool turned makeshift dance floor rocking well into the night. Custom bottles of tequila and shot glasses as favors topped off the perfectly Wild event.

Nexans Conference

The 2013 Cable Forum hosted by NEXANS took place at the Westin Memorial City in Houston, Texas. The full day event for 150 attendees included a state of the art general session, breakout sessions, a trade show and an elegant evening dinner. The guests were greeted by hostesses wearing custom made ties and scarves, and received their innovative name tags. The general session was a dramatic presentation supported by floor to ceiling LED screens and displayed the kick off video and speaker’s power point all provided by Giant Video Productions. The evening event boasted a number of features not seen before including Gantry Bike show wowed the guests as they performed their dynamic feats, as did the innovative food and drink presentations.

Delta Air Lines/American Express Event

Delta Air Lines/American Express Event

When two world-class companies like American Express and Delta Air Lines joined forces to sponsor an opening reception on May 9, 2011, the result was nothing short of spectacular. The eight hundred plus in attendance had no idea how amazing until they donned their American Express-branded flip flops and stepped into the “Fire and Ice” themed event at the Swan and Dolpin Hotel. AmEx’s iconic blue box logo was everywhere and coupled with an edgy orange flame for the event.
